Rules (Pending to change):
1. I do NOT do groups, couples I
dislike but will do for a bribe. Exceptions: For paying customers (like real money) this does not apply. Prices stay the same
no matter how many characters are in a picture.
2. I cannot do any furries other then girl/guys wearing ears,
a tail and the possible paws.
3. I will not do fanart of your favorite anime, But if you have your own personal story
and or guild/rp, I will be glad to draw a fanart of that.
4. I will draw Ecchi as long as it is acceptable within Gaian
guidlines/PG-13. I will do hentai, yaoi or yuri but not for Gaia
5. Only
one picture per transaction - exception for chibis, and paying customers
6. NO bargining for a lower price BUT items
from gaiaonline are exceptable for an exchange of gold not money.
Terms of Use:
1. I will not allow any copying, defacing, altercation or for unattended personal use without my premission.
Anyone found abusing these rules will be sued.
2. If I make you a picture, the picture still belongs to me and is copyrighted. You may use the picture for
your uses such as putting it on a website, using it as an rp charatcer ect. as long as it does not break my first rule.
3. You may not make copies and sell them.
4. You may not alter the picture in anyway.
5. If the charatcer is your avatar or orignal character they do not belong to me. I do not own anything but
the picture itself.
6. If it is a picture of my orignal charatcers, then pictures must be processed through me before completed.
If I find a picture of any character I have created been drawn or copied by anyone else, that person is liabal to copyright
infrignment, and will be proscuted.
